Codename: Doomsday Clock
Enclosure Procedures: AN-321 is to be placed within a 6m3 standard Aneta class containment chamber within Site-023's Luciren Anomaly containment wing. Access to AN-321 without authorization or proper psychological screening is strictly forbidden due to AN-321's psychological hazards. Individuals who have recently been exposed to AN-321's effects are to be put on psychological rehabilitation as well as suicide watch until the effects subside.
Based on recent studies1, monthly observations of AN-321 are to be held to assess the location of AN-321's hour and minute hand. Any data collected during these observations is to be restricted to Level-S+ eyes only.
Description: AN-321 is a large, circular clock bearing only five hour marks on its left-most side. The interior of AN-321 houses the typical parts found in non-anomalous clocks. Although, if these parts are removed or altered, they seem to instantaneously revert back to their original position within AN-321. The exterior of AN-321 is constricted of a thin oak material similar to plywood.
AN-321 is capable of altering the emotional state of individuals within the same area as AN-321. Subjects affected by AN-321's psychological effects report feelings of hopelessness, extreme sadness, suicidal tendencies, and other symptoms commonly associated with major depressive disorder. Though during instances where a subject is exposed for a short period report experiencing symptoms of bipolar disorder such as manic episodes followed by long periods of sadness, and increased irritability.
These effects can be treated with intense psychological rehabilitation, though recent studies show that these effects return if AN-321 is mentioned to the affected subject after rehabilitation. Subjects experiencing the effects AN-321 after psychological treatment are known to enter a state of panic followed by ▇▇▇▇, often making statements similar to "the end is near" or subjects about an "apocalypse".
AN-321 is fitted with an hour hand that seems to be fixed on the 12:00 position while the minute hand can move freely. The position of the minute hand has been noted to change position following technological advancements capable of causing an "end of the world" scenario. If these hands are damaged or altered, the rate at which they move on the face of AN-321 will increase.
If When the minute hand reaches the 12:00 position, a DA-Class event labelled as the "Ijjas Scenario"2 will commence. This event will cause several forms of reality destabilization such as, but not limited to, intense gravitational fluctuations, broken laws of physics, and time dilation. Shortly after these events, the second phase of the Ijjas Scenario will take place, causing an apocalyptic event similar to that of the Big Bounce3, causing the contraction and re-expansion of the universe.

Discovery: AN-321 was discovered when the Initiative was collecting data on recent terrorist attacks in the Middle East. After discovering an active Church of the End chapter in Nazareth, Israel, the Initiative sent out DRT Unit Hades Emergency Force ("Gods of Hell") to the location.
Within the chapter, AN-321 was seen located on a pedestal near a shrine of the Hindu god of destruction, Kali Ma with text written in Hindi. This text read: "मैं काली काली देवी माँ काली को शीश नमन करता हूँ या माँ काली को प्रणाम करता हूँ।" which roughly translates to "I bow my head to the Divine dark goddess Mother, Kali or I salute the Divine Mother, Kali." DRT Unit operatives then collected and transported AN-321 back to the Initiative for containment.
